From January 6 to 9, 2026, the consumer technology industry gathered in Las Vegas for CES 2026 — and among the stands drawing steady crowds at the Las Vegas Convention Center was the 111 sqm custom booth NORDER designed and built for Baseus, the global consumer electronics brand. Here is how the project came together, and what exhibitors planning their next U.S. show can learn from it.

At a show like CES — where thousands of exhibitors compete for attention across multiple halls — a booth has roughly three seconds to stop an attendee mid-stride. Baseus came to us with three clear goals for CES 2026:
Be findable from a distance. The stand needed an identity element visible across the hall, not just from the aisle.
Keep traffic moving. With several product categories on display — charging gear, magnetic accessories, desktop solutions — the layout had to avoid bottlenecks.
Stay on budget and on schedule. CES move-in windows are notoriously tight, and every hour on the show floor counts.

The centerpiece of the design is a large white suspended ring carrying the Baseus logo, framed by a lit accent structure. Because show regulations cap how high you can build walls, a well-engineered hanging sign is the single most effective way to claim vertical space. The ring makes the booth identifiable from the far end of the hall, while the clean white finish keeps the brand's modern, minimalist identity intact.
The stand follows a three-side open (peninsula) booth configuration — one wall reserved for brand graphics and product storytelling, with the remaining three sides kept accessible through low white display walls and presentation counters. This is one of the highest-performing layouts for corner and end-of-aisle locations in U.S. exhibition halls: it creates multiple natural entry points, lets visitors browse in any order, and gives staff line of sight to greet attendees from every direction.
A vivid orange-and-red graphic wall anchors the rear of the stand, providing a strong photo backdrop and reinforcing the brand's energy. High-contrast accent walls do double duty: they orient visitors inside the hall and turn attendees into a free social media channel every time someone posts a photo from the stand.
The floor plan was divided into four zones: a hero product display at the front, interactive demo counters along the sides, a meeting corner for distributor conversations, and a storage and service area discreetly tucked behind the rear wall. That zoning let casual browsers and serious business meetings happen simultaneously without friction.
As a Las Vegas–based booth builder with our own local production facility, NORDER handled the custom trade show booth fabrication off-site, pre-built and tested the structures in our workshop, and delivered them to the LVCC inside the official move-in window. Local production eliminated international shipping risk, cut freight costs, and gave the client team a full dress rehearsal of the stand before show day.
For overseas brands, the biggest CES risks are customs delays and on-site surprises. A local builder with a real workshop turns those risks into a checklist.
Over the four show days the stand handled constant foot traffic, hosted product demos and media visits, and met all three goals from the original brief. The build was dismantled and packed within the teardown window, with reusable structures stored locally for the client's next U.S. show.
Claim vertical space. A distinctive hanging sign is the most cost-effective visibility investment at CES.
Open beats closed. Three-side-open layouts maximize engagement and lead capture per square meter.
Design for photos. One bold accent wall turns visitors into your distribution channel.
Build locally. For international exhibitors, a Las Vegas–based fabricator removes shipping, customs and schedule risk.
Choosing between booth layouts? We build all four types across U.S. shows: one-side-open corner booths for tight budgets, two-side-open stalls for medium footprints, three-side-open peninsulas for maximum traffic, and four-side-open island booths for flagship statements.
CES 2027 returns to Las Vegas on January 19–22, 2027, and prime booth space is already being allocated. Whether you need a compact 18 sqm intro booth or a 160+ sqm flagship stand, NORDER provides end-to-end booth design and construction services in Las Vegas and across the USA.
